Setup Requirements

All requirements listed below are mandatory and non-negotiable. These standards ensure professionalism, productivity, and uninterrupted service delivery to our clients.

Requirement 01
Computer Requirements
  • Laptop or desktop in good working condition
  • Minimum Intel Core i5 (4th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5
  • Minimum 8GB RAM — 16GB preferred
  • Minimum 128GB SSD storage
  • Windows 10/11 Pro or supported macOS version
  • No Chromebooks, tablets, or mobile devices as primary work device
  • Device must be free from viruses, malware, and unauthorized software

Internet Requirements
  • Minimum 50 Mbps download speed
  • Minimum 20 Mbps upload speed
  • Stable fiber or equivalent broadband connection
  • Must support uninterrupted video meetings and cloud-based work
  • Wired connection

Backup Internet (Required)
  • Backup internet connection is mandatory
  • Mobile hotspot, secondary fiber, or pocket WiFi acceptable
  • Must be immediately available during any outage
  • Candidates without backup internet will not be considered for client-facing roles

Audio Equipment
  • USB or noise-canceling headset required
  • Clear microphone with minimal background noise
  • Built-in laptop microphones are not acceptable for voice-based roles
  • Equipment must support professional client communication

Workspace Requirements
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Quiet working environment during all working hours
  • Professional background for video meetings
  • Well-lit workspace suitable for video conferencing
  • No excessive noise from TVs, children, pets, or public areas

Power Backup
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) strongly preferred
  • Fully charged laptop battery available during shifts
  • Must have a contingency plan for power interruptions

  • Up-to-date operating system at all times
  • Active antivirus software installed and running
  • Strong passwords enabled on all work devices
  • Willingness to install approved timekeeping and productivity software
  • Compliance with all client security and confidentiality requirements
  • Unauthorized screen recording or data capture tools are strictly prohibited
