How do you protect client confidentiality and privilege?
Every assistant signs a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, is trained on handling privileged information, and works through secure, monitored systems. Access is controlled through your own platforms and credentials, and our agents handle only the tasks you delegate.
Can a remote assistant practice law or give legal advice?
No. Our assistants provide administrative and paralegal support under the supervision of your licensed attorneys. They prepare, organize and draft under direction — they do not give legal advice, represent clients, or make decisions that constitute the practice of law.
Which legal software can they work with?
Our assistants are experienced across common platforms such as Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Filevine, Smokeball, NetDocuments, iManage and Relativity, plus court e-filing systems. During matching we prioritize candidates already familiar with your stack and onboard them to your workflows.
Do you offer tier-based packages?
No — we don't sell tiered VA packages. Instead, we take time to understand your firm and match you with the best-fit specialist for the role, with the right skills and practice-area experience rather than a generic assignment.
Full-time or part-time — what are the options?
Both. You can engage an assistant full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week), aligned to your time zone and office hours. Many firms start with one part-time role and scale up as the value becomes clear.
How quickly can we get started?
It begins with a short discovery call. From there we typically present matched candidates within days, and your assistant can be onboarded and working in your systems shortly after — far faster than recruiting locally.
What if the assistant isn't the right fit?
We stand behind our matches with a replacement guarantee. If the placement isn't working, we'll source a replacement at no additional recruitment cost, so your coverage continues without disruption.
