Industry challenges

The pain points slowing insurance agencies down — solved

Insurance agencies win on service and responsiveness — but processing load and renewals churn put both at risk. Here’s where agencies struggle most, and how a RemoteCRW assistant changes the picture.

● The Problem

Producers stuck servicing, not selling

When producers handle endorsements, certificates and service tasks, they have less time to write new business.

✦ How RemoteCRW Helps

Free producers to sell

A dedicated assistant absorbs servicing and admin so your producers focus on quoting, advising and growing the book.

● The Problem

Slow processing and quoting

Backlogs in policy changes and quotes frustrate clients and slow down sales.

✦ How RemoteCRW Helps

Faster turnaround

A processing specialist keeps endorsements, certificates and quotes moving so clients get fast, reliable service.

● The Problem

Renewals slipping away

Missed or last-minute renewals quietly erode retention and lifetime value.

✦ How RemoteCRW Helps

Proactive renewal management

A renewals specialist tracks every expiry, prepares comparisons and reaches out early to protect the book.

● The Problem

Claims that stall

Disorganized claims handling leaves clients frustrated at the worst possible moment.

✦ How RemoteCRW Helps

Smoother claims support

A claims assistant documents, coordinates and follows up so claims progress and clients stay informed.

● The Problem

Cost and churn of local staff

Hiring and training licensed-adjacent admin is expensive and turnover disrupts service.

✦ How RemoteCRW Helps

Reliable talent with backup

We recruit, train and manage your assistant — and our replacement guarantee keeps service running if circumstances change.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which agency systems can your assistants use?
Our assistants work across common platforms such as Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft, NowCerts and Salesforce, plus carrier portals. We prioritize candidates already familiar with your management system.
Can assistants perform licensed activities?
No. Our assistants provide administrative and processing support under the direction of your licensed producers and agents. Activities requiring a license remain with your licensed staff.
How is client and policy data protected?
Assistants sign confidentiality agreements, work through secure, monitored systems, and access only what you authorize via your own credentials and permissions.
Do you offer tier-based packages?
No — we don’t sell tiered VA packages. Instead, we take time to understand your agency and match you with the best-fit specialist for the role, with the right skills and experience rather than a generic assignment.
Full-time or part-time — what are the options?
Both. You can engage an assistant full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week), aligned to your time zone and operating hours. Many insurance agencies start with one part-time role and scale up as the value becomes clear.
How quickly can we get started?
It begins with a short discovery call. From there we typically present matched candidates within days, and your assistant can be onboarded and working in your systems shortly after — far faster than recruiting locally.
What if the assistant isn’t the right fit?
We stand behind our matches with a replacement guarantee. If the placement isn’t working, we’ll source a replacement at no additional recruitment cost, so your coverage continues without disruption.
